AFT Platinum Pipe Award

I would like to draw your attention to the 2011 AFT Platinum Pipe Award. This award “recognizes excellence in piping and ducting system modeling using AFT software.”
There are three categories to which you can submit your project:
·         Use of software features
·         Model creativity/appearance
·         Correlation to test/field data

The prize is two software licenses for the winning entry in each category (one to the company and one to the individual). The license awards will be of the same type used to enter the contest.

Advance Steel 2011 Base Plate Drawing Style

Advance Steel 2011 is an exceptional 3D detailing software solution, completely dedicated to Steelwork Construction. It has the ability to create all detail types at the click of a button according to certain requirements and preferences. Advance Steel uses Drawing Styles to set these preferences in place, ensuring that all drawing generated with a particular Drawing Style abide by the same set of rules.

Chempute Software have created a Drawing Style dedicated to Base Plate Details as seen below.




This Drawing Style is now available for download on the official Chempute Software website. Further more this download is free and can be downloaded by following the link below.

http://www.chempute.com/chemputebasedetail.zip

Please note that once you have extracted the Drawing Style Access MDB File you will need to follow the steps below to import the "Chempute Base Detail - Camera Selection" Drawing Style.

1. Select the "User" Drawing Style directory.



2. Click on the "Import" command in the Drawing Style Manager, to import the Chempute Base Detail Drawing Style.

 

3. Browse for the extracted "MDB" file and click on the Drawing Style in this file that you would like to import. Once selected click on the "Import" button as seen below.



 4. Once successfully imported the "www.chempute.com" Drawing Style Category containing the "Chempute Base Detail - Camera Selection" Drawing Style will be available as seen below.
