Intergraph Smart Support

Intergraph Smart Support went live earlier this year, upgrading the previous Intergraph eCustomer interface to a more user friendly interface. This will allow users current with Maintenance to track Service Requests, search for knowledgebase articles and register for email notifications on Updates and Service Packs.

Existing eCustomer Login details have been transferred across and will now work on the new Smart Support website. 

Users current with Maintenance and require a Login and Password please use the link below.
